Our wigs are all hand-constructed in Australia, with use they may develop loose strands, simply pull loose strands to tighten. If you require further advice please contact us.

Our wigs include embellishments that could loosen with use.
This is a child’s size wig, suitable for ages 3+ years. Please supervise small children when playing with our wigs.

All of our items will be delivered to you with repurposed packaging and eco friendly, plastic-free packaging. We can only ship to physical addresses, No P.O boxes and delivery is Australia wide. We do not ship internationally at this time. We have Free shipping across our entire range and Express options available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note with handmade items, we require at least 3-5 business days to make your items before delivery. Choosing Express will only mean the delivery time is faster. Refund policy

Each and every one of our items is handmade with love and are handmade on-site here in Tasmania. We ensure that our items are made ethically and sustainably. Most importantly, our reusable products are made to last, using strict quality standards and checked over by our design team. Items are non-refundable and we do not accept returns so please look over items once received and in the unlikely event that there is a fault, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue within 48 hours and we will endeavour to sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
