We can only ship to physical addresses, No P.O boxes and delivery is Australia wide. We do not ship internationally at this time. We have Free shipping across our entire range and Express options available at checkout for an additional fee. Please not with handmade items, we require up to 2-3 weeks to make your items before delivery, some smaller items may be ready up to 7 days before shipping. Each and every one of our items are handmade with love and care on-site here in Sydney NSW. We ensure that our items are made ethically and sustainably. Most importantly, our reusable products are made to last, using strict quality standards and checked over by our design team. Items are non-refundable and we do not accept returns so please look over items once received and in the unlikely event that there is a fault, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue within 48 hours and we will endeavour to sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
