Please not with handmade items, we require up to 2-3 weeks to make your items before delivery, some smaller items may be ready up to 7 days before shipping. Most importantly, our reusable products are made to last, using strict quality standards and checked over by our design team. Items are non-refundable and we do not accept returns so please look over items once received and in the unlikely event that there is a fault, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue within 48 hours and we will endeavour to sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
