Everything else goes out as Standard Post via Australia Post. You may request for Express Shipping at an additional cost. We will post your order within 2 business days. Should for any reason, we are sold out on your received order, we will contact you within 24 hours and offer you a refund, replacement or a store credit. For all our shipping we strive to go plastic free. We also repurpose mailing boxes where possible.
Our products are 100% plant based and handmade and due to this, our products to have their imperfections & irregularities and no two products will be the same. Expect our products to have uneven texture with visible plant fibres, slight colour variation between batches & naturally deckled edges on the wrapping paper, minor flaws in prints. These are all unique characteristics of our traditional handmade paper making & printing techniques. However, should you feel that you have received damaged goods, please email info@loktaa.com within 2 days of receiving the items. Once deemed damaged, we will endeavour replace it - if we have stock or provide you with a refund or credit note. All sale on seconds items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
